There is a secret Target overstock store in downtown Minneapolis. It is in the basement of the Salvation Army Thrift Store on 10th Avenue. I found this perfect party dress there for $8. I added ties to the side of the dress to cinch it in the back. I have never received so many compliments on a dress. Everyone should check out the secret Target. There is no dressing room so you have to pull on everything over your clothes. Dress light.
